Please notify me the day before your session via text, call or email. If you cancel the day of, I ask for full payment. Thank you for understanding.
What to do before your session:
Drink water
Find stillness - It can be beneficial to arrive early and take about five minutes in your car before the session to get still and clear inside.
You can choose something to work on, or I can help you find something that your system is ready to change. Either is fine.
Notes about what to expect during the session and how the work works:
Many issues/symptoms are immediately resolved, some take more time. This unwinding process can open up other areas of your life and which you may benefit from ongoing sessions. I recommend this so as to continue the advancement of your well-being. I’m on your team!
Throughout the session, I may ask you questions of a private nature. Feel free to answer as you wish. I ask them so as to better serve you. I will at times interrupt your talking. I do this as a strategy and because allowing you to continue speaking at that time would only reinforce a pattern that your system is ready to change. Thank you for trusting me.
After our initial check in, a session typically involves a variety of dynamic interactions between us. I use MRT & FRT (Muscle Response Testing & Functional Response Testing) in order to reveal how your brain, body, emotions and thoughts have your symptom(s) “wired up.”
A note about “statements:”
We may use a variety of unique statements to help your system unravel old programming. Statements are used to either check what your system is currently congruent with (do you believe something on some level) or to help your system reprogram with a new attitude or belief. Part of “getting the statements to work” in you will be to use a breathing technique. It’s very useful during the breathing technique that you ponder the statement and its usefulness in you. I may sometimes say, “Let this statement go to as many places as possible inside you.” I can record a transcription of the session for you to revisit any of the statements. Feel free to review them if you feel called to do so.
If you have symptoms after the session:
It is not uncommon for shifts in holding patterns to reveal other layers which could manifest in a variety of ways from aches and pains, nausea, detox, etc. If any of these last for more than an hour, please let me know. Sometimes I can help them immediately (even from long distance) or it may take another session, depending on how deep the issue is to be unraveled.
Options for recording the session:
I can record the session which also transcribes it. It’s a cool app because you can click on a word, and the recording will jump right to that part of the recording. This is a free service and is of course optional.
What to do after your session:
Go for a walk or
Set aside “non-doing” time for at least ½ hour afterwards
If you’re feeling symptomatic, tell me, and I will check your system to ascertain what it needs.
Practice being different. The work helps to lighten your load making it easier for you to make new choices with less “pull” back to the old. It’s up to you to practice your new direction in order to reinforce new programming.
